At Purple Crow Designs,  I want to give my customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why I believe that my store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all my policies. Returns and Refunds

Please note custom orders are final sale, otherwise;

If you receive your piece and it is not what you expected, Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your piece. Contact me via email and let me know what the problem with the piece is and I will endeavor to resolve the issue or give you a refund or exchange your piece for another of equal value. Proof of tracked return shipping must be received within 48 hours of my resolution email.  A full refund (or exchange) will be processed once the item has been received by Purple Crow Designs.  All return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility.

 

If your piece is damaged during shipping. Please return the entire package to the Purple Crow Designs address immediately for an exchange or refund. Contact must be within 7 days of delivery of the order and must be shipped back within 14 days of the order delivery via tracked postage.  A full refund including postage will be processed as soon as the item is received by Purple Crow Designs. Please send the tracking number to me via email.

 

If your piece breaks within 30 days after delivery with the exception of it being submerged in liquid, worn while sleeping or excessively pulled on, I will be happy to exchange the piece or process a refund. Every effort has been made to ensure that the jewellery I create is strong but some care must be taken.  (See Care and Handling of Handmade Jewellery section). Please return the item to the Purple Crow Designs address immediately for an exchange or refund. Contact must be within 31 days of delivery of the order and must be shipped back within 7 days of contract, via tracked postage. Please send the tracking number to me via email.

Care and Handling of Handmade Jewellery

Your piece of wearable art has been made with care; however, handmade jewellery is inherently more delicate than something manufactured and thus requires a more delicate touch. As wire coatings and gem stones can be damaged by exposure to various chemicals including lotions, hairsprays and perfumes, please put your jewellery on last and subsequently, take it off first, do not where it to bed.  Never submerge your handmade jewellery in liquids of any kind, nor use abrasive cloths or cleaners on it as it can damage your piece. Do not wear it in the shower, pool or hot tub, or at any other times it may be submerged in water. With care your piece will last you many years.
